Tranch, a B2B BNPL firm catering to SaaS providers, raised USD 100 million in seed equity and debt funding led by Soma Capital and FoundersX, with participation from additional US and UK Fintech founders. The company also received a credit facility from financial services firm Clear Haven Capital Management as part of the funding round. 

The funding is to be utilized in expanding its US team and introducing “Pay With Tranch” across multiple industry verticals. 

Analyst QuickTake : Tranch’s funding round follows its partnership with cloud-based Fintech Yobota in May 2022 to improve its product offering, with a series of fresh rounds in January 2023 for BNPL providers, Tabby and Mondu , signaling renewed interest in the sector.
