xFarm Technologies partners with FieldView to enable better use of farm data

Partnerships

  • xFarm Technologies, a Swiss-Italian digital farming solutions and analytics provider, has partnered with Bayer’s digital farming software platform, Fieldview, to allow better usage of farm data, thereby aiming to improve farmers’ decision-making processes.

  • The partnership will interconnect the two platforms that will enable farmers to share data between xFarm and Fieldview accounts simultaneously in real-time, as well as share field boundaries, planting, harvesting, and other operational data while avoiding double entries.

  • The users of these accounts will remain in full control of their data and will be the only parties managing the connection between the shared platforms, with the ability to activate or revoke the connection at any time. The shared data transfer solution will be accessible to users in countries where both platforms are commercialized, but will initially launch in Spain and Italy.
