Portuguese startup Coverflex has raised EUR 15 million (~USD 16 million) in a Series A funding round led by Paris-based CVC SCOR Ventures with participation from Breega, MS&AD, Armilar, Stableton, BiG Start Ventures, Shilling, and several angel investors.
The funds will be used to expand the company's product-market fit in Portugal and pursue an expansion into Italy.
Coverflex provides a platform for companies to design custom employee benefits packages by aggregating multiple providers, reducing costs, and improving employee financial literacy. Coverflex serves 3,600 customers including Santander, Natixis, OysterHR, Bolt, Emma, Revolut, and Smartex, and has 70,000 users that are currently using their service.
