Zeta Global, a marketing cloud platform that includes a customer data platform (CDP) containing consumer behavioral and transactional data, announced the beta launch of ChatBotZeta, a solution that reads and synthesizes consumer signals from Zeta's data cloud to generate conversational insights.
The new solution combines Zeta's AI and data assets with the natural language processing (NLP) capabilities of OpenAI's ChatGPT model to analyze large amounts of customer data and generate detailed, personalized descriptions of customer attributes, behaviors, and preferences.
The firm claims that ChatBotZeta’s integration with OpenAI's ChatGPT model enables the generation of human-like text based on a prompt, allowing marketers to automate repetitive tasks and focus on high-value activities such as strategy development and customer engagement.
