  • Seedtag, a contextual advertising intelligence platform, introduced Contextual Profiles, a solution that enables advertisers to deliver performance campaigns without using cookies or personal data.

  • The new solution uses web-context signals and situational context signals to evaluate the likelihood of a user being receptive to an ad. Web-context signals involve an AI-driven analysis of the content on the web page, while situational context signals take into account other factors such as location, time of day, weather, and orientation of the device.

  • Analyst QuickTake: With the advent of contextual profiles, Seedtag is now able to provide businesses with a full-funnel, contextual solution that permits marketers to construct contextual profiles in real time and without being intrusive. A case in point is Seedtag offering its contextual profiling to identify when users were "in-context" and likely to visit a webpage, resulting in a 67% reduction in cost per session and establishing the client as a leading provider of outdoor furniture.
