Sending Labs, a developer of Web3 communication stack, raised USD 12.5 million in a seed funding round co-led by Insignia Venture Partners, MindWorks Capital, and Signum Capital, along with participation from other investors like K3 Ventures and Lingfeng Innovation Fund, among others.
The company also launched the beta versions of its first two products: SendingNetwork and SendingMe.
SendingNetwork is its flagship product, a software development kit (SDK) that helps developers to create secure dApps. The product includes in-app or cross-app chats, notifications, wallet or decentralized ID logins, and NFT transactions. It also allows developers to include encrypted voice and video calls, in addition to text messages.
SendingME is an encrypted decentralized group chat platform built on SendingNetwork, which provides users full control over their identification, data, and assets.
Founded in 2021, Sending Labs is a developer of decentralized communication products and protocols for dApp developers to add messaging features to their apps. The company was formed by Yu and Mason Yang, who also co-founded MoboTap.
