Fisker, an NYSE-listed EV manufacturer, has selected ChargePoint, a NYSE-listed EV charging solutions provider, as its US partner for EV public charging solutions.

This partnership gives Fisker EV owners access to more than 210,000 of ChargePoint’s active ports (including 16,700 DC fast charge ports), as well as more than 400,000 roaming ports through partner stations. Overall, ChargePoint’s network of Level 2 and DC fast chargers—as well as its roaming partner stations—cover more than 80% of public charging spots in the US.

Fisker Ocean owners in the US will be able to locate ChargePoint and roaming partner charging stations using the EV’s navigation system and through the ChargePoint mobile app.

Analyst QuickTake: In September 2022 , Fisker also selected Wallbox, an NYSE-listed Spanish EV charging infrastructure manufacturer, as its global partner for home EV charging solutions. Under this partnership, Fisker planned to offer its customers Wallbox home EV chargers for purchase through their website in the US, Canada, and European markets from November 2022.
