Wunderkind (formerly BounceX), an AdTech firm that provides customer data insights, raised USD 76 million in a Series C funding round led by Neuberger Berman. This brings its total funding to more than USD 150 million.
The company intends to use the funds toward product development, hiring additional staff, and expanding into new markets. The company plans to introduce several new features to its platform, including a one-to-one messaging service for advertisements, a "discovery" feature for ecommerce businesses, and personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences and prior interactions.
Wunderkind generated an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of USD 100 million in 2020, and in 2022, its revenue increased by 35% compared to the previous year. According to the firm, there are positive signs indicating that the company will continue to experience growth in revenue this year.
