Women’s healthcare platform Iron Health launched out of stealth and has raised USD 4.5 million in a seed funding round led by the March of Dimes’ Innovation Fund. 

Iron Health’s platform offers virtual consultations, messaging options, and the ability to reach out to a member of the OB/GYN Iron Health team, including registered nurses, nurse practitioners, clinical social workers, and registered dieticians.

Iron Health is a women’s healthcare company that offers a virtual care platform to OB/GYN practices and healthcare systems. The company was built by New York-based Redesign Health, before being spun off as a separate entity. The platform enables OB/GYN practitioners to connect their patients with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including advanced practice providers and specialists, for comprehensive medical care. The company aims to reduce fragmentation between different types of healthcare and provide OB/GYN practitioners with a complete understanding of their patient's overall health. The company's services include primary care, mental healthcare, chronic disease management, nutrition counseling, and specialized care for pregnancy and menopausal stages.
