Pollen Systems demonstrates PrecisionView Mobile

Product updates

  • Pollen Systems, a company providing advanced agricultural analytics, has demonstrated PrecisionView Mobile, built on the new ArcGIS Maps SDK for Swift (a toolkit containing components that will simplify iOS app development) at Esri's Partner and Developer Conferences.

  • PrecisionView Mobile enables farm workers with iOS devices to download and use maps offline, address tasks, and provide annotations synchronizing when network access is available.

  • Founded in 2018, Pollen Systems, based in Bellevue, Washington, aggregates agricultural data from multiple sources and applies advanced analytics to help farmers improve crop quality and yield and reduce labor costs, pests, and diseases. They use drone and satellite aerial capture platforms and a PrecisionView Platform, powered by Esri's ArcGIS system, to map spatially accurate farm blocks and provide precise locations of IoT devices, integrating data from moisture, irrigation, and climate sensors.
