Mitiga raises USD 13 million to close out Series A funding round

Funding

  • Mitiga, a cybersecurity incident detection and response company, has raised an additional USD 13 million to close out its Series A funding round, led by ClearSKy Security with additional investments coming from Samsung Next, Blackstone, Atlantic Bridge, and DNX.

  • At the close of this funding round, the company had raised a total of USD 45 million in funding to date, with Mitiga’s valuation standing at more than USD 100 million.

  • The investments will be deployed towards expediting Mitiga’s growth, product development efforts, and increasing headcount.

  • AnalystQuickTake: Mitiga initiated its Series A funding round back in June 2021, where it managed to raise USD 25 million in funding. Samsung Next and Blackstone did not participate as investors during this round.
