Synthetix, a synthetic asset creation and trading platform, received an investment of USD 20 million from DWF Labs, a Web3 venture capital company. This round brings the company’s total funding to USD 66.1 million.
This deal enables DWF Labs to integrate Synethetix’s perpetuals into its trading business to increase capital efficiency. Synthetix plans to use this investment to drive volume for its protocol across both centralized and decentralized exchanges and invest in product development.
DWF Labs announced that it had purchased USD 15 million worth of SNX, Synthetix’s native token, and committed an additional investment of USD 5 million once the integration is completed.
