Schouten Europe, a Dutch company specializing in vegetarian and vegan food production, has introduced a new plant-based egg white alternative called “No Egg White,” with the same functional properties as traditional egg white, but with a longer shelf life.
No Egg White, made from a combination of pea protein and potato starch, can be used in various applications, including baking and food service. Additionally, the product is free from allergens, cholesterol, and antibiotics.
No Egg White is now available worldwide in 4.5 kg pouches, with a shelf life of over three months.
