Coalition announces generative AI tools for brokers and enterprise clients

Product updates

  • Coalition, a cyber insurance provider, announced the launch of “CoalitionAI”. A generative AI offering for brokers and businesses.

  • The CoalitionAI offering for brokers (CoalitionAI Broker Copilot) will allow them to query the AI to obtain insights on aspects such as cybersecurity best practices and policy coverage options, while the product for businesses (CoalitionAI Security Copilot) will allow companies to extract insights on security vulnerabilities, obtain a better understanding on coverage specifics, and learn ways to solve security issues.

  • The company claims that the launch of this AI is only the first step to a range of AI-based offerings in the pipeline. Coalition plans to launch additional AI capabilities that will support quoting, underwriting, and incidence response workflows.
