Tomorrow Farms, a New York-based food tech startup, has launched its animal-free dairy milk range, Bored Cow, in Sprouts Farmers Market stores in the US. This is the first brand and product line by Tomorrow Farms. 

Bored Cow is made using Perfect Day’s animal-free milk protein. Bored Cow claims to provide all the benefits of conventional dairy without lactose, cholesterol, hormones, or antibiotics. It provides good sources of calcium, vitamin D, and vitamin B12, with eight grams of complete protein per cup. The product is available in four flavors: Original (32oz), Chocolate (11oz), Vanilla (11oz), and Strawberry (11oz).

The product has also undergone an independent lifecycle assessment (LCA) to compare its environmental impact to that of conventional and organic dairy milk. The results indicate that Bored Cow uses significantly less land and water and emits fewer greenhouse gas emissions than traditional dairy milk.
