        The farm will have a 1,500 sq ft showroom and private event space called &quot;The Pavilion,&quot; which can accommodate up to 70 guests. Additionally, the farm will launch a new beverage program called &quot;Farm.One&quot; which will feature smoothies, seltzers, juices, and non-alcoholic beverages made with botanical ingredients grown on the farm.

        In February 2023, the farm completed its first weekly harvests of greens and salad mixes, which were then made available to local members.
