Zinnia (previously SE2), a developer of insurance software solutions, is said to be the potential buyer with the deal at its final stages.
Analyst QuickTake: In July 2021, Policygenius announced plans to get listed via a SPAC-PWP Forward Acquisition Corp. The specifics of this deal were not revealed.
