UK-based startup Loopin, which provides a workplace morale monitoring platform, has raised GBP 1.6 million (~USD 1.9 million) in seed funding from unnamed angel investors.
The funds will be used to further develop Loopin's AI-powered platform, which combines OpenAI’s ChatGPT with the company's proprietary coaching platform to measure staff morale and provide personalized coaching and leadership development advice to employees and managers in real time.
Loopin's platform uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generates predictive behavioral analytics to assess the employee’s mood, measure and forecast their morale, and allow companies to benchmark themselves against similar organizations. The company has already attracted 40 paying customers, including Reed, Farfetch, and JD Sports.
