The company will continue to operate legally as "AcuityAds Holdings Inc."
Following the rebranding, the company aims to invest in innovation and expand the capabilities of its platform. illumin's platform empowers marketers to connect with customers throughout their marketing journey, from building awareness to driving conversions. The platform features an easy-to-use drag-and-drop interface, advanced machine-learning (ML) algorithms, and real-time data analytics that help brands optimize campaigns and measure effectiveness.
The company also reported that illumin’s journey advertising platform has generated substantial interest from brands and agencies in various industries such as consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, healthcare, travel, politics, and finance.
