AtlasEdge, an edge data center provider, has secured a EUR 725 million (~USD 799 million) credit facility underwritten by ING Bank, ABN Amro, Crédit Agricole CIB, The Bank of Nova Scotia, and National Westminster Bank, among others.
The financing package consists of EUR 525 million (~USD 578 million) in committed debt financing and EUR 200 million (~USD 220 million) in uncommitted accordion. The company plans to use the accordion feature to support customer-led growth projects and expand its facility. Furthermore, the funding will also support further strategic M&A activity and the building of new edge data center sites across Europe.
