UK-based diagnostic solution provider Tympa Health has raised USD 23 million in a Series A funding round led by Octopus Ventures. Existing investors; new investors, including Dara Capital and Rezayat Investments; and serial entrepreneurs Bob Davis and Jeff Leerink participated in the oversubscribed round. This brings its total funds raised to USD 31 million.
The funds will be used to expand access to the company’s technology-enabled platform and grow its team and services in the UK, Europe, and the US.
Tympa is also appointing David Horowitz, who previously worked at Oticon, as its new vice president of sales in the US.
