Tympa Health raises USD 23 million in Series A funding

Funding

  • UK-based diagnostic solution provider Tympa Health has raised USD 23 million in a Series A funding round led by Octopus Ventures. Existing investors; new investors, including Dara Capital and Rezayat Investments; and serial entrepreneurs Bob Davis and Jeff Leerink participated in the oversubscribed round. This brings its total funds raised to USD 31 million.

  • The funds will be used to expand access to the company’s technology-enabled platform and grow its team and services in the UK, Europe, and the US.

  • Tympa is also appointing David Horowitz, who previously worked at Oticon, as its new vice president of sales in the US.
