Simpplr has raised USD 70 million in Series D funding led by Sapphire Ventures and participated by Norwest Venture Partners, Tola Capital, and Salesforce Ventures, bringing the company's total funding to over USD 131 million.
The new funding is set to be invested in the future growth and innovation of the employee experience platform.
Additionally, the company has also announced several executive hires, including Tim Lambert as chief revenue officer, Bala Kasiviswanathan as chief product and customer experience officer, Parag Kulkarni as chief technology officer, Aykut Firat as chief data scientist, and Paige Leidig as chief marketing officer, with Jai Das joining Simpplr's board of directors upon completion of the funding round.
