Swedish talent management provider Grade acquires Norwegian recruitment solutions provider Jobbnorge

M&A

  • Grade, a Swedish talent management provider owned by HR tech group HR-Friend, has acquired Jobbnorge, a recruitment solutions provider based in Bodø, Norway, for an undisclosed amount.

  • Jobbnorge has been operating in the Norwegian market since 1991, serving clients in the private and public sectors. As of the date of acquisition, Jobbnorge consists of 29 employees, reporting a turnover of over NOK 70 million (~USD 6.65 million) in 2022.

  • Grade offers talent management solutions aiming to support businesses to ensure a sustainable supply of skills that can be used independently or integrated seamlessly as an overall solution tailored to meet the unique needs of each business. The company reported a turnover of around SEK 250 million (~USD 24.52 million), and an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of SEK 200 million (~USD 19.62 million).

  • The acquisition is expected to allow Grade to expand its offerings to attract, recruit, develop, and retain employees to new and existing customers in Norway.
