Nala Robotics, an AI-powered multi-cuisine robotic restaurant, has announced the launch of two new fully autonomous robotic solutions aimed at the food service industry.
“Bowl Bot” is a salad-making bot that enables its users to create a customized salad and burrito bowls using a selection of 28 different bases, proteins, and toppings. Bowl Bot is capable of operating 24/7 and is equipped with a cleaning system that allows it to self-clean and prevent cross-contamination.
“Sandwich Bot” allows its users to prepare customized sandwiches using a selection of 48 meats, vegetables, and cheeses and a variety of bread and sauces. Sandwich Bot can prepare a complete sandwich in three-to-four minutes.
Both solutions are powered by advanced AI and machine-learning technologies and utilize high-performance cameras and sensors to perform autonomous functions.

The company recently launched an autonomous fry station named “ The Wingman ” and a machine-learning-powered robotic dishwasher “Spotless by Nala.”
