Miyoko’s Creamery, a developer of plant-based cheese and butter, has partnered with US’s largest food distributor, DOT Foods, to expand its distribution into the food service sector.
Through the partnership, Miyoko’s Plant Milk Mozzarella and Butter will become available for over 5,000 foodservice distributors nationwide.
The new lineup includes European Style Plant Milk Butter, a spreadable plant-based butter made using traditional techniques, and Pourable Plant Milk Mozzarella, a cashew milk-based cheese free of melt-inhibiting ingredients usually found in other plant-based cheeses.
