ThinkIQ launches continuous intelligence platform

Product updates

  • ThinkIQ, a provider of assembly line inspection solutions for manufacturers, announced the launch of its Continuous Intelligence Platform to all existing ThinkIQ customers and CESMII (the Smart Manufacturing Institute) Smart Manufacturing Innovation Platform (SMIP) users.

  • This provides an open, standards-based model for supply chain resiliency, sustainability compliance, and manufacturing competitiveness. The platform enables manufacturers to implement smart manufacturing capabilities in a practical and affordable manner, leveraging AI, IoT, and information modeling.

  • The platform, which currently serves customers from food and beverage, heavy materials, and CPG industries, will attract more customers from the automotive, discrete manufacturing, and specialty chemicals industries using its new capabilities.

  • Analyst QuickTake : The release would enable collaboration across the supply chain, simplifying data collection and modeling, and reducing costs and complexity, making smart manufacturing accessible to manufacturers of all sizes. On a separate note, ThinkIQ also received a patent for its technology to trace and analyze material flow in manufacturing processes in March this year.
