Sekoia.io, a Paris-based cybersecurity startup, has raised EUR 35 million (~USD 37.5 million) in a Series A funding round, with participation from Banque des Territoires, Bright Pixel, Omnes Capital, Seventure, and BNP Paribas Développement. The round brings Sekoia's total funding to EUR 45 million.
The company intends to use the funds raised to expand its operations internationally and widely distribute its products.
Sekioa.io develops cybersecurity solutions with a focus on detection and response. The firm’s most well-known product is its Sekioa.io eXtended Detection and Response (XDR) platform, which gives companies the capability to detect cyber attacks in real-time and respond effectively by automating remediating measures. The solution also ensures interoperability by integrating with an organization’s existing cybersecurity solutions.
