Healthcare-focused AI voice assistant provider Suki has entered an agreement with physician network PartnerMD and primary care provider Central Virginia Family Physicians (CVFP) Medical Group to implement its voice assistant across both healthcare company's systems. The partnership will help PartnerMD and CVFP Medical to streamline documentation and administrative tasks, such as retrieving patient information from EHRs. Previously, PartnerMD used Suki partially in its systems but is now implementing it across its network.

Virginia-based PartnerMD is an in-person primary healthcare provider that offers care on a concierge medicine model, where patients pay a subscription fee to consult with the same practice and doctors to develop doctor-patient relationships. The company offers primary services, as well as wellness coaching for an annual or monthly subscription. The company also works with businesses and physicians to provide care to member populations and operates out of care centers across the mid-Atlantic region of the US.

Virginia-based CVFP Medical Group is a hybrid healthcare provider that offers a range of healthcare services to patients. It offers services with regard to wellness and sickness prevention, immunization, physical exams, disease management, pregnancy and family planning, pediatrics, wellness counseling, and diagnostic services. Several of the company’s services can be accessed virtually via its patient portal or app while all services are available via its care centers in Virginia.
