Loro Insurtech, a white-label no-code platform for insurers, has raised USD 750,000 in a seed funding round led by Markd, with participation from Christian Kanu (CEO at Generali Global Corporate and Commercial).
The company plans to use the fresh fund toward the expansion of the team, expediting product developments, and improving the platform’s adoption amongst insurers.
Founded in 2021, Loro provides a no-code platform that enables insurers and MGAs to develop, personalize, and deploy insurance products. In addition, clients using the platform have complete control over the underwriting and distribution process. The platform is provided free of charge up until the first USD 100,000 in Gross Written Premium (GWP) each year.
