Vgarden (known as Mashu Mashu in Israel), an Israeli plant-based brand, has partnered with MCT Dairies, a New Jersey-based global dairy supplier, to launch its vegan products in the US market.
Through the partnership, Vgarden's full range of vegan alternatives to cheese, meat, and seafood will be made available for retail, ingredient, and foodservice markets in the US.
The collaboration allows Vgarden to leverage MCT Dairies' industry position and expertise while catering to the growing demand for plant-based alternatives. Vgarden's R&D team aims to work closely with marketers and food manufacturers to develop products that meet consumer needs and specific requirements.
