Velotix, an Israel-based startup developing data security solutions, announced the launch of a modular architecture that it claims will enable businesses to transition toward automated data access, governance, and compliance while minimizing risk.
The solution is composed of three modules which are implemented in phases corresponding to an organization’s existing data governance capabilities: 1) Data discovery and auto-tagging to compile and organize data from disparate sources into a single repository; 2) AI-powered generation and management of data access permissions; and 3) Policy database management, which enables organizations to build data governance policies and workflows, and leverages machine learning to automatically update and maintain them in compliance with data privacy regulations including GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA.
Founded in 2020, Velotix operates an AI-powered data security platform, enabling data discovery, management, analytics, access control, and audit and compliance reporting from a single dashboard.
