  • Virtual gastrointestinal (GI) care clinic Oshi has partnered with the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) and the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) to accelerate the use of hybrid digestive care health. As a part of this partnership agreement, both the ACG and AGA have made undisclosed strategic investments in Oshi.

  • Through the partnership, Oshi will develop more rapid and scalable virtual treatment courses for GI practices to provide behavioral health and dietary interventions for patients. Additionally, Oshi will look to improve access to multidisciplinary care and support for traditional GI care visits through better analytics.

  • The strategic investment also included funding from an individual investor, Scott R. Ketover, president of MNGI Digestive Health, and chair of health policy at the Digestive Health Physicians Association.
