Kodem, a Tel-Aviv-based cloud application security company, has emerged from stealth with a total of USD 25 million in funding, including a USD 7 million seed round led by Greylock, with participation from TPA Capital and a USD 18 million Series A co-led by both firms.
The funds will be used to develop and launch Kodem’s platform globally, and onboard marketing talent.
Founded in 2021, Kodem is developing a software composition analysis (SCA) platform leveraging runtime intelligence. The platform analyzes cloud applications at runtime and identifies other services or applications running concurrently, only generating alerts that are relevant in the context of each organization’s specific tech stack.
