BusRight, a school bus technology provider, raised USD 7 million in a Series A funding round led by Las Olas Venture Capital, with participation from Ubiquity Ventures, Underscore VC, and Long Journey Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to double its employee headcount, accelerate its product development, and expand its customer base among US K-12 education transportation systems.
BusRight offers a comprehensive platform designed to ensure safe and efficient transportation for students. Its proprietary technology includes advanced routing software, real-time GPS tracking, dynamic driver navigation, and a user-friendly bus-tracking app for parents. The platform currently serves 23 states in the US across various school districts, including Native American reservations and military bases.
