Tealium partners with key social media platforms to strengthen ad conversion strategies for enterprises

Partnerships

  • Tealium, a customer data platform (CDP), introduced new first-party data activation capabilities with leading media platforms such as Meta, Snap, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Spotify, and Google.

  • Tealium’s integration with media platforms' Conversions API (CAPI) capabilities, enables brands to restore signals efficiently and improve their connection with customers. The integration is expected to offer benefits such as enhanced tracking accuracy, improved ad performance, and adherence to compliance requirements.

  • Tealium reported a 50% increase in CAPI implementation from its customers in 2022, with further adoption expected to surge throughout 2023.

  • The company claims that its collaboration with Meta resulted in a 29% increase in social media ad conversion rates and an 18% improvement in return on ad spend (ROAS) for tourism company TUI when it adopted CAPIs amid third-party cookie deprecation. Similarly, during its work with media publishing company Dodo, Tealium claims to have achieved a 13% boost in online sales and a 23% increase in social media ad conversion rates through the use of Facebook CAPIs.
