Arrive integrates smart mailboxes with ‘Amazon Sidewalk’

Product updates
Partnerships

  • Arrive (formerly DroneDek), a developer of landing platforms for drone-based deliveries, has successfully integrated its smart mailboxes with Amazon Sidewalk, a secure community network for device connectivity offered by Amazon.

  • The integration will be included in Arrive's upcoming smart mailbox devices set for distribution in Q3 2023.

  • Amazon Sidewalk is a secure community network designed to provide reliable connectivity for a wide range of devices. It powers devices using a low-bandwidth, low-power network that remains functional even during power outages. This network has also been expanded to third-party developers and is used by devices like Bluetooth trackers, security cameras, outdoor lighting, motion sensors, smart locks, and Amazon’s own Echo devices.
