Austrian startup Crqlar, a travel tech platform that specializes in AI-driven solutions tailored for luxury hotels, has raised over EUR 0.5 million (~USD 0.6 million) in pre-seed funding from investors such as Rudolf Flunger, Gregor Hoch, and Bocconi 4 Innovation accelerator program. This brings the total funds raised to ~ EUR 1.1 million (~USD 1.2 million).

The funds will be allocated towards enhancing Crqlar's platform with AI capabilities and expanding its presence across Austria, Germany, and Italy.

Founded in 2022, Crqlar, utilizes advanced machine learning and AI to provide a suite of travel management solutions for luxury hotels through its B2B SaaS platform. The company's products include Crqlar Guest for personalized marketing, Crqlar Restaurant for improved dining experiences, Crqlar App for digital guest check-in, and Crqlar Spa for spa service management. Crqlar claims its technology has helped luxury hotels increase revenue and operational efficiency, with notable partnerships such as Forsthofgut, Grandhotel Lienz, and Post Lech.
