Resilience, a cyber risk platform and cyber insurance managing general agent (MGA), has raised USD 100 million in a Series D funding round led by Intact Ventures, the venture capital arm of Resilience's lead capacity provider, Intact Insurance. The round also saw participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners, General Catalyst, and Founders Fund. Resilience's total funding following this round stands at USD 217 million.
The company expects to use the funds to support its global expansion and drive the adoption of its cyber risk resilience solution.
