Simon Data, a customer data platform (CDP), has raised USD 54 million in a Series D funding round led by Macquarie Capital, with participation from existing investors Polaris, .406, and F-Prime. This brings its total funding to USD 115.8 million.
The company intends to use the funds to further develop connected applications with cloud data warehouses and expand the company's user base.
Simon Data's CDP allows marketers to access customer data directly within the cloud data warehouse and build complex customer segments for personalized, cross-channel marketing. The platform aims to bridge the gap between data and marketing teams, empowering marketers with a user-friendly interface and real-time personalized marketing capabilities.
