London-based vegan cheese producer JULIENNE BRUNO has partnered with UK pizza chain Pizza Pilgrims to supply its SUPERSTRACCIA vegan cheese as a topping option for the chain's pizzas.
SUPERSTRACCIA is made using soy milk and coconut oil and naturally fermented in a custom system. It will feature as a topping for the Marg Extra-Extra vegan pizza, and consumers can alternate it for dairy cheese options at no extra cost.
Founded in 2020, JULIENNE BRUNO produces naturally fermented vegan cheese products using organic soy and coconut oil. The product range includes Burrella, Crematta, and Superstraccia, inspired by dairy-based varieties of burrata, cream cheese, and stracciatella.
