Securitize, an asset tokenization platform, has acquired Onramp Invest, a wealth management platform for digital assets, for an undisclosed amount, to extend its offering to registered investment advisors (RIAs).

According to the terms of the deal (which is expected to close in the following days), Onramp will operate as a subsidiary of Securitize and integrate Securitize products into its existing services. Securitize will leverage the acquisition to enable RIAs to offer tokenized investments in alternative assets such as private equity, private credit, secondaries, and real estate via the Onramp dashboard.
