Samsara unveils new R&D facility in NSW, Australia

Geographic expansion

  • Samsara Eco, an Australian EnviroTech company creating infinite recycling to end plastic pollution, has established a new research laboratory to accelerate its enzymatic capabilities at Queanbeyan in regional New South Wales (NSW).

  • The new research and development facility would scale up Samsara’s patented technology and become operational by late 2024.

  • Samsara, in partnership with the Australian National University, its existing enzymatic library, continues to develop new enzymes capable of breaking down different plastics. The company expects to recycle 1.5 million tons of plastic per annum by 2030.
