Rockwell Automation, a company specializing in industrial automation and digital transformation, has announced its intention to purchase Clearpath Robotics, a provider of autonomous robotics designed for industrial purposes.
The acquisition will be financed using a portion of the proceeds from Rockwell's sale of its investment in PTC.
