80 Acres Farms launches ready-to-eat salad kits

Product updates

  • 80 Acres Farms, a vertical farm that grows greens, herbs, and vegetables, has introduced ready-to-eat salad kits, which will be available at more than 200 locations in Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky, and Tennessee, starting this month.

  • The company has launched three salad kits: 1) Feelin' Gouda with gouda cheese, apple chips, dried cherries, and more; 2) Greekin' Out with feta cheese, artichokes, beets, and more; and 3) Rockin' Ranchero with cheddar cheese, black beans, corn, and more.

  • The salad kits can be found at Heinen's Grocery Store in Chicago and Cleveland, Dorothy Lane Market in Dayton, Jungle Jim's International Market and Pipkin's Market in Cincinnati, the Turnip Truck in Nashville, and Cincinnati- and Columbus-area Kroger stores. In the coming weeks, they will also be available at Heine Brothers Coffee shops in Louisville, the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, and other locations across the midwest and midsouth.
