Everlywell, a Texas-based at-home diagnostic platform, has acquired PWNHealth and its subsidiary Home Access Health Corporation to form a new company, Everly Health, which will serve as the parent company for all three operations. The company plans to expand its reach in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico following the acquisition.

PWNHealth operates a network of clinicians and partners with labs across the US to provide diagnostic testing, clinical supervision, and telemedicine services. The acquired companies will collectively serve more than 350 corporate clients under Everly Health. 

Following the acquisition, PWNHealth will be rebranded as Everly Health Solutions and operate as an independent subsidiary with data and clinician independence. The founder and CEO of Everlywell, Julia Cheek, will serve as CEO of Everly Health, while PWNHealth’s CEO, Sanjay Pingle, will join the company’s board of directors. 

Founded in 2015, Everlywell provides home testing kits and digitally accessible, physician-reviewed lab results for a range of conditions covering general wellness, sexual health, and men's and women’s health.
