SASE specialist Netskope has acquired Kadiska, a French startup offering digital experience management (DEM) services. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Kadiska’s technology will be used to monitor entities across Netskope’s SD-WAN and SSE and proactively remediate issues. Netskope recently introduced its own DEM offering and the company says the acquisition will enable it to extend experience monitoring to non-traditional environments, such as manufacturing facilities, retail stores, and branch offices.
Kadiska, founded in 2020, offers DEM, application performance monitoring (APM), and network performance monitoring (NPM) solutions. The company integrates real user experience monitoring (RUM) with network and application performance visibility across devices, applications, and SaaS.
