Story Health partners with West Virginia University to expand its virtual cardiac care platform

Partnerships

  • Story Health, a virtual care and AI technology company, has partnered with the West Virginia University (WVU) Heart and Vascular Institute to improve access to specialty care for heart failure patients.

  • Through the partnership, Story Health's platform will be integrated into the WVU Medicine system, allowing clinicians to provide care to their patients via Story Health’s platform. The platform provides remote monitoring, medication organization tools, and a connection to Story Health’s care team via SMS. This integration will be available in all of WVU’s 32 care clinics, which span five states and provide care for around 375,000 patients in 2022.
