May Mobility, a developer of autonomous shuttle services, has released an updated software that improves various elements of its autonomous vehicle technology. The software lays the foundation for its forthcoming fully driverless software, which would focus on rider-only operations.
The update focuses on improving rider comfort and trip efficiency, made via improvements to the company’s proprietary Multi-Policy Decision Making (MPDM) system.
