CropX expands into India with Zuari FarmHub

Geographic expansion
Partnerships

  • CropX, a crop management platform developer providing predictions on soil and weather, has partnered with Zuari FarmHub, an Indian AgriTech company, to introduce advanced sensor-based agronomic farm management systems in India.

  • Zuari FarmHub has initiated pilot trials of the CropX system at the Zuari Agri Innovation Centre in Solapur, along with selected farmer fields in Karnataka and Maharashtra. Initially, the company will deploy 30 CropX sensor systems in Karnataka and Maharashtra, and as the pilot progresses, Zuari FarmHub will evaluate and expand to other regions of India.

  • While pricing for the services is being finalized, Zuari FarmHub is also looking into a service model to make it more affordable for farmers.
