Digital twin technology company EKORE has secured EUR 1.3 million (~ USD 1 million) in seed funding from SOM S.p.A. and Habismart. The investment represents Italy's largest digital twin funding in 2024.
The new funds will be used to strengthen EKORE's platform and algorithms, expand the team, and drive commercial growth.
EKORE’s cloud-based platform provides buildings with a "digital brain" that integrates data and 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) models into a centralized solution. The platform's AI-driven algorithms help reduce consumption, detect anomalies, and decrease carbon emissions in the real estate sector.
